Comprehensive warranty coverage and EU consumer protection
Under EU Directive 2019/771, all products sold to consumers come with a minimum 2-year legal warranty covering conformity defects. This is your legal right and applies to all purchases from Homelyf SRL.
The EU legal warranty is separate from and additional to any manufacturer warranties. You can choose which warranty to use for your claim.

Even if damage appears to be from misuse, if it occurs within the first 6 months, we'll investigate whether it could be due to a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

Our technical team will review your case and may request additional information or ask you to try basic troubleshooting steps.
If needed, we'll provide a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label. Pack the item securely with all accessories.
Our technicians will inspect the item and determine the appropriate remedy: repair, replacement, or refund.
Receive your repaired item, replacement, or refund. All warranty service is completely free including shipping both ways.

Under EU law, we must resolve warranty claims within a "reasonable time" and without significant inconvenience to you. Our target is to resolve 90% of claims within 14 days.
