14-Day Withdrawal Right

As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

How the 14-Day Period Works

Period starts from the day you receive your order
Includes weekends and public holidays
You must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the period expires
You have an additional 14 days to return the items after notifying us

Package & Ship Items

Pack items securely in original packaging with all accessories. Use our prepaid return label (for Romania).

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Return Conditions

Items Must Be:

In original condition and packaging
Unworn, unused, and undamaged
With all original tags and labels attached
Accompanied by all accessories and documentation
Returned within the specified timeframe

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods or items with expiry dates
Health and hygiene products (unless defective)
Items damaged by normal wear and tear
Digital products that have been downloaded
Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization

Quality Check

All returned items undergo quality inspection. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal of return.
